SHIPPING

We are not responsible for delays once an order has been handed to the carrier.

Duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS

All sales are final.

We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. If approved, we will provide a replacement.
